The EVAP fuel vapour temperature signal is reading low - typically shorted to earth or an open circuit, depending on the sensor type.
Possible causes

- Check engine light on

- EVAP leak tests not completing

What to check, in order
- Compare the reported vapour temperature with ambient on a vehicle that has stood overnight - they should be close.
- Inspect the connector for corrosion and water. This sensor is mounted under the vehicle and takes constant road spray.
- Check the wiring underneath for damage, including rodent damage.
- Check the reference voltage and earth before condemning the sensor.
- Note that EVAP monitors only run in particular conditions - fuel level, temperature and time since start - so testing this may take several journeys.
